Exciting entry-level position working directly with the Executive Director!
Christian Relief Services
is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting the vast resources of America through collaboration and partnerships formed with grassroots charitable groups, churches, and human service agencies and to empower local volunteers to help those in need in their own communities and enable people to help themselves. We are now looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated individual requiring minimum supervision to assist the Executive Director.
Responsibilities include
researching, writing, editing, and proofreading appeal letters for direct mailings, correspondence with donors, translating letters and emails from French to English, promoting the charity online and through the Combined Federal Campaign, as well as general administrative duties.
Requirements:
strong communications skills, proficiency in written and spoken French (German a plus), excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, desire to work to help others. |
