CRSC reserves the right at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to cancel and revoke any permission it may give to link to this web site, with or without cause, without any notice and without any liability whatsoever. If CRSC cancels or revokes permission to link to this web site, such link to this web site shall cease and be removed immediately.

CRSC will not grant permission if your web site contains content, directly or indirectly, e.g., by links within the web site to other web sites, in the following categories:

Material which is inconsistent with the charitable purposes, values and mission of CRSC;

Material which is inconsistent with the tax-exempt status of CRSC and its affiliated and subordinate entities as organizations which are described in Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3);

Material which supports or opposes any candidate for any elective office, whether local, state, or federal;

Material which may be interpreted as "propaganda" or  "lobbying" for or against any pending or proposed legislation or referendum;

Material which disparages any race, religion, culture, ethnic group, nationality, or gender;

Material which is lewd, lascivious, obscene, indecent, or offends the moral and ethical standards of CRSC;

Material which is defamatory;

Material which is primarily commercial in nature, including, but not limited to advertising for products or services unrelated to CRSC and its mission; and,

Material which supports, encourages, or condones enemies of the United States of America, including, but not limited to terrorists.

The above categories are not meant to be exhaustive or exclusive of the types of content which is proscribed. However, persons seeking permission to link to CRSC's  web site should be aware that permission will be summarily denied if content falls into any of the above categories.

CRSC does not accept commercial advertising, such as banner ads or pop-up ads, on its web site.

The policy set forth above equally applies to the web sites of  any organization affiliated with CRSC.
