Help Us Ship Medical Supplies to Haiti

Donating Medical Supplies... Christian Relief Services, in partnership with the United Way of the National Capital Area will be gathering supplies for Fondation pour les Enfants d'Haiti until February 28. If your company is interested in being a host site for collections for your coworkers, please send your full contact information to Monika Taylor, Relationship Manager, United Way of the National Capital Area, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it (202-488-2000). She will help you make arrangements to obtain a collection box. Please encourage your coworkers to drop off donations in the designated bin in your offices and to alert Ms. Taylor when your box is full so we can collect the items. Your generous donations will be picked up by Interstate, dropped off at Christian Relief’s warehouse in Fredericksburg, Virginia, transported to Florida and then shipped to the Fondation pour les Enfants d'Haiti as soon as possible. For donors to receive a tax deductible letter from Christian Relief Services for their generosity, please ask your employees to: 1) Place purchased donation(s) in a bag(s) 2) Include with the donation an envelope with their name, address, email and a list of the items being donated 3) Include a copy of the register receipt in the envelope for items purchased 4) Seal the bag(s) of donations with the envelope in it Thank you for your support!
